After his sell-out session Around the World in 80 trees, Jonathan Drori embarks on his next trip across the globe, bringing to life the science of plants and how their worlds are intricately entwined with our own history, culture, and folklore. (Jonathan Drori appears live via Zoom.)



Jonathan Drori is a Trustee of The Eden Project and Cambridge Science Centre and an ambassador for the World Wildlife Fund. He is on the Cambridge University Botanic Garden board and is a Fellow of the Linnean Society, the Zoological Society of London and the Royal Geographical Society. Previously, he was executive producer of more than 50 prime-time science documentaries and popular series at the BBC. Around the World in 80 Plants is his latest book.



Nicole has worked in the book industry for many years after her previous career as a barrister. She writes about books for Good Weekend, and is also a regular contributor to their much loved Two of Us column. She appears regularly as a facilitator at writers' festivals and literary events. She also has a popular podcast, Books, Books, Books in which she interviews top Australian and international writers about their latest books.
