Gabbie Stroud

Gabbie Stroud is a freelance writer, novelist and recovering teacher. In 2016 her critical commentary of Australia’s education system was published in Griffith Review’s Edition 51 Fixing the System. Gabbie’s smash-hit memoir Teacher was shortlisted for Biography Book of the Year at the 2018 ABIA Awards and contributed to the national dialogue on education. Dear Parents is a passionate call to arms, helping parents gain fresh perspective of the national education system.


Paul Browning

Dr Paul Browning is the headmaster of St Paul’s in Brisbane, which is listed among the world’s 100 most innovative learning organisations by Cambridge University’s Innovation 800 series. Paul is a sought-after guest speaker. He was awarded best non-government school principal in 2018 and is the recipient of the Miller-Grassie Award for Outstanding Leadership in Education.


Jane O’Dwyer

Jane O’Dwyer is vice-president of Engagement and Global Relations at ANU. Jane has more than 25 years of Australian and international experience across politics, media, peak bodies and higher education.
