Please note that due to limited seats under Covid-19 restrictions there will be no refunds or exchanges in 2020.

What happens if I miss the event on Zoom?
All events are live streamed on Zoom at the advertised time and are not available to view after the event.
Why is the sound not synchronised with the images?
The Canberra Writers Festival and venue partners are working to ensure a high quality viewing experience. At times the audio and video may not perfectly synchronise, mainly due to a poor quality internet connection from our remote talent. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. It is a limitation of the technology and the internet.
I cannot find my link for the session I have purchased. What do I do?
Canberra Ticketing will email a unique customer link to subscribers to an event approximately 60 minutes prior to the start time. If you have not received your link, please check spam/junk mail folders.
Canberra Ticketing box office is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The Call Centre operates 10am to 2pm Saturday for enquiries on (02) 6275 2700.
