Poetry speaks to us like no other written form. This is an afternoon of words – a chance to hear local poets – Jennifer Kemarre Martiniello, Lizz Murphy, Paul Collis and Andrew Geoffrey Kwabena Moss – ripple and flow alongside artists from interstate – Johanna Bell and Yirga Gelaw Woldeyes. Expect hymns to the elements, discordant notes of rhythms askew, laments for all we’ve lost and fierce expression of love for nature.
