Yen Eriksen

Yen Eriksen is a writer, broadcaster and radio documentary producer whose work explores race, gender, sexuality and identity. Their writing has appeared in Feminartsy, Jumble and Querelle, and they have broadcast with 2XX, SYN and 2SER. Yen brings an intersectional storytelling lens to their work, informed by a career in award-winning service design, visual communication and digital innovation.

Yirga Gelaw Woldeyes

Yirga Gelaw Woldeyes is a writer, researcher and poet from Lalibela, Ethiopia. He currently lives on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja in Western Australia, where he is the Director of the Centre for Human Rights Education at Curtin University. His memoir, የተስፋ ፈተና / Trials of Hope, won the 2024 City of Fremantle Hungerford Award.
